cliff. good evening. i'm surae chinn. bruce johnson is off tonight. we'll have the latest on the fiscal cliff in a moment but first tonight, after snow and rain fell across the region today there are concerns about a refreeze. let's head straight over to erica grow in the weather center. >> i'll show you all the elements that are in place that are concerning about a refreeze. first of all the he snow that fell. here's a look at storm totals in the state of maryland. four inches in frostburg, three inches in emmitts burg, one inch in laytonsville. in virginia, two inches in front royal, almost one inch at dulles airport, just about .3 of an inch in chantilly. so we had that moisture. we also had a little bit of rain. everything melted as we headed into the afternoon hours. right now temperatures are still above freezing in a couple locations, like hagerstown 34, 36 in frederick and gaithersburg, still 40 in d.c., but we have strong winds out of the north and northwest. a 32 miles per hour win
